Hands-On, FUN Science!
Our Summer programs are totally hands-on for each and every child. All workshops are designed specifically for campers ages 3-5 years & 6-12 years. Each sizzlin' summer workshop lasts for 30 minutes, and our energetic scientists are excited to serve as many groups as necessary to fit the needs of your camp. Our Science Instructors will engage each group in non-stop, hands-on, FUN learning! Several programs include take home materials.
COVID-19 UPDATE
High Touch High Tech remains committed to the health and safety of your staff and students. As we all work to regain our sense of normalcy, safety precautions preventing the spread of COVID-19 are our greatest priority. For this reason, our practices to help minimize the spread of potentially harmful germs include:
- Packaging experiment supplies individually to limit student-to-student transmission
- Disinfecting experiment supplies between student use
- Visiting your camp wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and practicing social distancing
- Educating our staff on proper hand washing technique
- Adapting to your school’s safety guidelines
- Offering sanitary STEM kit delivery & online learning classes!

Add some fun to your camp calendar this summer! High Touch High Tech of WNC offers a Sizzlin’ Science Summer Camp in an on-location experience that brings a FUN, hands-on & educational experience directly to your campers! Our programs allow your students to learn exciting science all summer long!
Our pre-packaged experiment kits allow for students to have individualized supplies! High Touch High Tech’s experiment kits help to limit student-to-student transmission within your camp! All scientists abide by PPE (personal protective equipment) recommendations and disinfect all supplies before arrival and between student use.
Option #2: Virtual Program with STEM Kit Delivery!
Does your facility have visitor restrictions due to COVID-19? No problem! High Touch High Tech offers a STEM Kit Delivery option! We can still provide our amazing hands-on science experience virtually! We will ship/deliver all the necessary supplies to your camp and then facilitate the program live via ZOOM! All the benefits of our traditional in-person experience but from our exciting virtual lab! We've brought the "High Tech" into our "High Touch" programs!
Our pre-packaged STEM Kits allow for students to have individualized supplies! High Touch High Tech’s experiment kits help to limit student-to-student transmission within your camp!

This supply intensive, educational experience includes all equipment and materials needed to turn your camp into a real science laboratory!
Camp Counselors, Staff & Parent Chaperones are welcome to participate free of charge!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do you cap the session size at 20-25 children?
A: In order to maintain the hands-on nature of our programming and provide assistance to as many children as require, we request to limit the size of the workshop.
Q: Are the supplies included with the program?
A: All supplies are provided by High Touch High Tech. Our Scientist will bring enough supplies for each camper to enjoy a hands-on experience.
Q: When will the Scientist arrive?
A: Our Scientists require only 5-10 minutes to set up for your program; therefore, you should expect them to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of your program.
